Foot Care with Essential Oils
Tuesday, Sept 26, 2017 @ 11am to 1pm
Thursday, Sept 28, 2017 @ 6pm to 8pm
Classes held at ‘Alternative Pathfinders’
“Oh, my aching feet!” is heard often in our society. Often, we wear footwear made more for their looks than for their comfort and support. Many spend 8 to 10 hours in a day on their feet but pay less for footwear than they will for an evening meal, then wonder why they have problems with their feet…..
So, lets talk about ways to pamper them and help them feel rested and rejuvenated.
In this class we’ll discuss a few essential oils that will have your feet dancing with joy, from foot soaks to cooling massage.
We’ll talk about:
• 5 Essentail Oils that can soothe and heal tired, aching feet
• Discuss applications from salts & foot soaks to lotions & butters
• Learn a drop by drop technique to make your own pampering foot products
• Create your own “Happy Feet” Cream
You can even use what you learn to create your own gifts for the Holidays!
