In This class, we will discuss 5 different types of headaches and the essential oils that offer a natural way to treat them.
We will also:
• Explore 5 essential oils that help relieve headache pain other than Lavender and Peppermint (although these are great for some types)
• Explore ways to combine them with other essential oils to tackle the type of headache being experienced
• Learn a drop by drop technique and make your own headache roll-on and inhaler.
• Discuss the benefits and possible disadvantages of each application
