In a 2016 study, 1 in 4 Americans suffered from pain lasting more than 24 hours. Prescription pain meds have become the second most abused in the U.S. In 2016, 33,091 people died from prescription opioid overdose per the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
What you may or may not know: Essential Oils have natural pain relieving properties that can assist in ‘greatly reducing pain’.
In this class we will discuss some of these Essential Oils and how you can use them to help ease your pain, whether Acute or Chronic.
We will also:
• Explore 5 essential oils that have their own natural pain relieving properties
• Explore 3 infused carriers that add to their pain relieving properties
• Learn about the two most common types of pain
• Create a deep heat rub and soothing bath salt to soothe them
