Aromatherapy for Pregnancy & Childbirth
Saturday, Feb 17, 2018 11:30am
Held at ‘Alternative Pathfinders’
Once a woman becomes pregnant, she begins to realize that what she puts ‘in’ or ‘on’ her body no longer affects just her. She is now in the process of creating a beautiful child and some of the following questions may arise when it comes to Aromatherapy: Are Essential Oils safe for my baby? Which oils can I use? Can I use them to assist in the birthing process?
In this class we will be discussing when essential oils are right during pregnancy. We will also discuss applications, dilutions, recipes and more.
You will also:
• Learn about 5 essential oils that are considered safe during pregnancy.
• Discover which oils promote menstruation and should be avoided during pregnancy.
• Learn about dilution rates and how they should be applied before and after birth.
• Create a body butter that will reduce the production of stretch marks.
