What information do we collect?

If you have not opted in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We use third party services for payment processing, content delivery and email communication that follow protocols compliant with GDPR. Only personnel authorized by Alternative Pathfinders have access to personal information on a need-to-know basis and these individuals are required to preserve the confidentiality of this information. Though we have made every reasonable effort to protect your information, we do not warrant or represent that your personal information is completely safe from hackers and other security threats.

How can you Opt-out, remove or modify your information you have provided to us?

How Can You Keep Safe?

Public Forums/Message Boards/Blogs

Alternative Pathfinders may offer various public forums such as commenting blogs, posting in a Facebook Group that we manage or sharing information on a conference call with multiple participants. If you use a public forum area, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected or used by others to send you unsolicited messages. Use discretion and caution when disclosing personal information in these areas. As a condition of use of the public forum areas, you may only use the services for lawful purposes and are incompliance with the Terms of Use found at Alternative Pathfinders . You understand that Alternative Pathfinders is under no obligation to control, monitor or verify the statements made by members of the Alternative Pathfinders online communities. If Alternative Pathfinders discovers that you are making unacceptable use, however, Alternative Pathfinders may terminate your account. Alternative Pathfinders may decide to utilize the content of Q&A’s, interactions with experts, and/or message board content throughout the website and in promotions in order to supplement our advertising, promotional and similar activities. In those cases we may provide authorship credit by listing the author’s name, provided for purposes of the exchange. We therefore encourage you to use care in protecting your identity if you do not want your identity revealed to the public.

Children

This website’s content is geared to individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 18 without containing verifiable consent from their parents. Data Controller

Alternative Pathfinders is the Data Collector for collecting and using your Personal Information.
